Yes, you read that right and I wanted to share how and why I intentionally gained 60 lbs in about 4 years. I had some great coaches that steered me in the right direction during this journey and once I achieved a certain level of leanness, it was hard to reverse diet and this will be a quick-hitting important episode for coaches and those on their own transformation journey.
