Recent controversy in sport, specifically with NCAA swimming and Lea Thomas, brought to mind a topic I wanted to cover and have extensive work with trans-athletes in the past. No matter your political stance on the issue, I wanted to dive into the physiology of the requirements for trans-athletes to compete, adolescence physiology and gender differences earlier in life, and why this is an important lesson for clients. Topics include:

- Heavy Controversy Recently

- More Science than Politics

- History of Women and Sport

- Starting with Puberty and Adolescence

- Grip Strength Considerations

- Requirements for Trans Athletes

- Important Lesson for Clients
