I was shocked by a recent call with a coach recently as she shared she was overwhelmed with how to help just over 50 clients on her roster and struggling with the systems she had in place. Moreover, she told me she has at least 12 clients where she has no idea how to help.

Most business coaches would say, "hire an assistant coach" with that roster and this problem. I don't fault the coach for following this advice but there's a deeper issue here I want to address so you don't make the same mistake or mistakes as I'll share.
