Nutrition periodization needed simplifying and I still want you and your clients to reach your goals consistently so today's episode is all about the three B's of strategic nutrition. The Build, Burn, and Break phases are easier to remember and I break (no pun intended) each down so you will know which is appropriate when and why they are important.
