A popular myth has been cropping up that I wanted to address that involves multiple topics including cortisol, fed vs fasted state physiology, and caffeine consumption. I've seen a lot of advice about consuming carbs before coffee without any nuance or context to the information, so we are going to take a look a few client avatar examples and see which would benefit, which might not, and expand the conversation a bit.
